Frankie was rescued on June 12th from Garland TX Animal Control. This sweet 1 year old boy was on death row in a gas chamber facility. Luckily we rescued him just in time! He’s a sweet, playful little pug chihuahua mix that is full of life. He will be neutered soon, but is up to date on shots and heartworm negative.
